circuit training (again!)
16 06 2009seeing some slow progress. My arms look much more defined and toned. My sides are whittling in and my shirts are feeling a little bit roomier (guess I need to buy smalls now?!). I am seeing a bit on my stomach - but of course not as much as I would like. In time. Not sure I feel any difference in my legs or glutes. Hmmmm. I will have to put on some tight jeans today and see if there is any difference. I think clothes are the only true way to tell. The scale is slow to budge - I think because I am building some muscle. But, it is budging - I am down maybe 3 lbs. Not bad for 1 week of focused diet and exercise. I am determined to be in that bikini by Summer’s middle (or end). I will not stop until I have lost 10 lbs and I am lean & mean!
