2 circuits and oh yea, I’m feeling my legs

2 rounds of circuit with leg emphasis - I will be sore tomorrow!!  Did abs, arms, legs, glutes.  Now on to the dreadmill for 45 mins.  Not going for any big heroics.  Just going to walk/run while I watch the Rachel Ray show.  Nice and easy on a rainy day.
