getting my groove back!

My time is getting better over the last 3 days of beginning to run again.  I am walking less and running more.  I probably ran about 3/4 of the time.  I feel great.  I am so proud that I am actually sticking with it and doing it.  This = 9 miles between Sun, Mon & Tues.  Yeaaaaahhh!!  2-3 miles tomorrow and 2 circuits/full body (abs emphasis)  Go me!
