Whenever I get started and build momentum - something slows me down.  Never fails!  I have a horrible sinus infection - going to the Dr. today.  I have never had such a debilitating headache in my life.  I actually had it all day yesterday, all night (it seeped into my dream where I was trying to explain to someone how bad my head hurts!) and this morning it woke me up at 5:00.  I hope to be back to my circuit training & running tomorrow. : ^ )

My time is getting better over the last 3 days of beginning to run again.  I am walking less and running more.  I probably ran about 3/4 of the time.  I feel great.  I am so proud that I am actually sticking with it and doing it.  This = 9 miles between Sun, Mon & Tues.  Yeaaaaahhh!!  2-3 miles tomorrow and 2 circuits/full body (abs emphasis)  Go me!

When I started blogging my exciting (ha!) exercise life on S365 - I never thought that 1 person would ever care enough to read what I wrote.  I did it for myself - to be accountable in a way.  But today when I clicked on my dashboard and saw 6000 views, I was so surprised.  Thanks for reading, commenting, the support, and gentle guidance.  I am running (some walking) again - today will be a total of 9 miles since Sunday.  Feels good again, can’t say I love it, I don’t.  Running is something I have to work at, it definitely doesn’t come naturally to me.  But, I’m back and I think in the back of  my head, I knew that there was a community of people out there that I want to continue be a part of.

So today (this morning) I have decided to do the circuit training AND a 5 mile walk/run on the treadmill.  I will continue this every day (strength = every other day) until I receive the desired results!

I put my $$ where my mouth was for once and got back onto the treadmill and produced.  It was slow, but I did it.  I walked and ran (more like jogged).  I feel good and like the caloric deficit that I created.  I think in addition to the Abs Diet workout that I am doing - I would like to get this in daily.  I feel good when I do it, it is just finding the time to do it.   That would be 1.5 hours every other day and 35-45 mins. every other day.  I can think of other things that could be put aside.  Anyways, I feel good.

15 mins of the Biggest Loser workout On Demand is enough for me today - phew!  Will see if I can walk down the stairs in the morning.  2 miles on the treadmill in the a.m.  No excuse tomorrow.

Now  I understand why I wasn’t really “feeling” my Abs Workout - or seeing as much progress as I thought I should (and was told I should).  Such a dope!  I mis-read the instructions for the workout and was essentially doing only 1/2 of the workout that I should have been doing.  I was missing one set of reps in each circuit (doing 2 circuits).  Stupid!  Now I have wasted a month and 1/2 of ab, arms, leg and butt sculpting.  But at least now I am not as disappointed as  I was initially after a few weeks.  I am already sore and my muscles were fatiguing during the workout which they were not before.  Ha - talk about sabotaging my own workout!  Well - now I am on the right track and tomorrow on the dreadmill for 2 mile walk/run.
