I’m back in…

It seems that I have had the most success when I have to be accountable.  I haven’t logged onto this site in a looonnng time.  My weight right now, guessing this morning, 132~133.  I have not worked out consistently in months and months.  I was really active this summer surfing almost every day, but there ARE surfers who are not exactly in the best shape.  I am not saying that getting back into shape, looking killer in my bikini for surfing next Summer or losing 10 lbs is my New Years resolution (but it is!)  I actually fell for an infomercial when I was sleepless at 2:00 am a few weeks back, I bought the Brazil Butt Lift workout DVDs.  I started the other day with the upper body and abs…I actually started the lower body portion and then 10 mins in, I realized that I was starting it on a Thurs. and that was supposed to be upper body and abs…  Just the 10 mins of lower body that I did do had me in such discomfort for days! (and the whole workout is 50 mins!  I’m still feeling it this morning!)  So… I start the Brazil Butt Lift today.   Wish me luck!

thought I would start out before it got too hot…. Phew!!  Hot one, taking about an hour for my face to get back to normal color.  The dog is still panting almost an hour later!!  Back into training.  7 miles tomorrow…..
